Job Description

Role Summary/Purpose The employee in this role will be required to perform each of the tasks below in a safe and timely manner. Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment Perform PLC programming, troubleshooting and repair Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment & CNC controls Maintain numerical and written records Provide direction for other, lower rated maintenance technicians Interface with all levels of employees, and make and keep commitments regarding assigned unit Weekend coverage is required on a rotating basis Performs basic SAP transactions
Required:
Master Electricians License Basic Qualifications:
Electrical or Mechanical associate's degree or 6 years' equivalent experience Boiler Operator Certified or willing to obtain boiler license within 6 months of accepting position Must have three years in maintenance B role or equivalent experience

Rate of Pay:
$35
  • $60 per hour
Hours:
6:30am
  • 2:30pm
