Job Description

Overview:
Sugarloaf is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician at our resort's signature hotel. The Sugarloaf Hotel Maintenance Technician takes on tasks to ensure guest comfort, monitors the building, and performs all aspects of maintenance throughout their shift. We have a benefit eligible role opening up that comes with great job perks and paid time off. This role is classified under a year-round "flex" status, working 9-11 months of the year with time off during our low volume shoulder seasons. The starting wage for this role is between $18 - $19.50 per hour (depending upon experience) with opportunities for growth within the company. Responsibilities:
Take care of guest comfort Walk through building to ensure that all is as it should be Watch over hotel hot tub Complete work orders (ranging from light carpentry to plumbing to painting, etc.) Conduct monthly checks Assist in and complete carpentry projects in and around hotel Complete any other tasks or project work as assigned by
Manager/Supervisor Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position will: be available days, weekends, holidays, and possibly nights if needed have varied maintenance capabilities be able to work independently be able to exert considerable physical effort to complete tasks be professional and cordial at all times Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right fit.
