$25.00-$32.00 per hour, depending on experience Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Window & Door Field Service Technician to service, repair, and install residential and commercial window and door systems. This position is ideal for someone with experience as a glazier, window installer, door installer, carpenter, or construction service technician. Responsibilities Diagnose window, door, glass, frame, and hardware problems Repair or replace damaged glass, screens, seals, locks, and operating components Install and adjust residential and commercial windows and doors Complete caulking, weatherproofing, trim, and finish work Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs Maintain accurate service records and a safe, organized work area Qualifications At least two years of window, door, glass, carpentry, or related construction experience preferred Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently Experience using hand and power tools Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to lift and handle windows, doors, glass, and related materials Professional communication and customer-service skills Schedule The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Some assignments may require technicians to begin traveling to service locations around 6:30 a.m.
