Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team and ensure the optimal operation of our rentals and delivery equipment. This vital role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mechanical systems, appliances, and machinery to keep our operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, strong mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work independently or lead maintenance efforts with confidence. Your expertise will directly contribute to creating a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for all team members. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on our semi-tractors, along with our rental fleet of and trailers and containers. Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical issues across various systems. Collaborate with office staff to update work logs, repair sheets, and inventory. Qualifications Experience in electro-mechanical repair or tractor/trailer related mechanical fields. Service technician background with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance. Ability to read manuals and address repairs confidently. Friendly demeanor and a positive attitude Experience with small engine repair, hydraulics, painting, welding, etc. (not required) CDL or Heavy Equipment Training (not required) Experience working in construction or facility maintenance environments is a plus (not required). Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide or collaborate with team members effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges. Pay:
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
