Job Overview Exterior Maintenance & Facilities Technician — Ann Arbor Condominium Association An Ann Arbor condominium association is seeking an experienced, well‑rounded Exterior Maintenance Technician with proven, hands‑on skills in building repair, exterior upkeep, and grounds care. This role requires a professional who can work independently, solve problems on site, and deliver high‑quality results without supervision. Position Responsibilities General facility maintenance — electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, carpentry, drywall, painting, and small equipment repairs. Exterior building maintenance — siding, trim, minor structural repairs, caulking, sealing, and exterior troubleshooting. Custodial tasks — cleaning, debris removal, and upkeep of shared areas. Grounds keeping & landscaping — building gutter cleaning, mowing, trimming, weed removal, tree removal and trimming. Snow removal - shoveling walkways, drives, plowing and salting. Resident maintenance requests — including exterior painting, fencing repairs, sump pumps, exterior electrical, tuck pointing. Required Qualifications (Non‑negotiable) Documented and verifiable experience in building maintenance, exterior repair, and multi‑trade handyman work. Strong customer service skills and professional communication with residents. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently for extended periods without direct supervision. Clean, valid driver's license. Ability to pass a background check. Ability to perform physical, outdoor work year‑round. Preferred Qualifications Experience with condominium, HOA, or multi‑unit residential maintenance. Must have experience in exterior building systems, drainage, and seasonal property care. Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
