We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This essential role involves maintaining and repairing a wide range of building systems and facilities equipment to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills, along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the upkeep of our facilities through proactive maintenance, repair, and operational excellence.

The key qualifications and responsibilities for this role are:

Experience managing contractors and overseeing ongoing projects.

Ability to salt and clear walkways when needed, particularly if the contracted service is delayed.

Assist with moving furniture and setting up rooms for lunches, special events, and meetings.

General maintenance experience and a strong facilities background.

Responsible for unlocking the building in the morning and securing/locking it at the end of the day.

Coordinate and request service support when issues arise that require outside vendors or specialized assistance.

Forklift operator certification is an absolute Plus but not required.
