$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:

RequirementsTwo to five years of mechanical maintenance experienceElectrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC experienceHigh school diploma, trade certification, or equivalent professional experience preferredLandscaping, janitorial, construction, or specialty floor-care experience preferredApplicable licenses and certificationsValid driver's license in good standingAbility to read safety procedures and technical instructionsBasic Microsoft Office and mobile technology skillsKnowledge of OSHA standards and building codesAbility to lift 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds frequently, and 75 pounds occasionallyAbility to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawlAbility to work around machinery, electrical hazards, chemicals, and varying weather conditionsJob DutiesPerform preventive maintenance and corrective repairsComplete minor plumbing and electrical workRepair drywall and complete painting and carpentry tasksMaintain HVAC and other building systemsConduct service and asset inspectionsComplete work orders using a tablet or smartphoneSubmit service reports, inspection photos, timesheets, and expense recordsObtain materials and suppliesProvide estimates for larger projectsCommunicate service updates to customers and internal teamsAttend required safety training and meetingsFollow company, OSHA, and regulatory requirementsPerform additional maintenance duties as assigned BenefitsCompetitive Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
