Full-time ABM is hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician to handle preventive and reactive maintenance on equipment and facilities in a safety-conscious, team-oriented environment. You'll need a working knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks, plus housekeeping of mechanical areas. What You'll Do Troubleshoot minor electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment issues, and repair or replace as needed Perform routine plumbing repairs: clearing clogged toilets, sinks, and urinals; fixing leaks, faucets, and water fountains Perform routine electrical work: replacing bulbs and lamps, and assisting with ballast and light fixture repairs Change HVAC filters on schedule Complete assigned preventive and reactive maintenance Keep mechanical areas, equipment, and systems clean and organized Work at heights, including regular ladder climbing and operating scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other lifts Other duties as assigned Requirements 1-2 years of commercial or industrial maintenance experience Active driver's license in good standing Knowledge of building maintenance procedures and techniques Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions Skilled with hand and power tools Comfortable working at heights and operating lifts Benefits & Perks Comprehensive benefits package [add specifics] Paid training and clear career growth programs Veterans encouraged to apply.
