Job Description

We are interested in every qualified candidates eligible to work in the United States. (3rd) shift hours are from 10 pm
- 6 am, (2nd) Shift hours are 2:00 pm
- 10:00 pm, (1st) Shift hour 6:00 am
- 2:00 pm Responsible for preventative maintenance systems and repairs in support of operational goals.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- HS diploma/GED + advanced technical training in electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs. USDOL Journeyman certificate preferred.
- 5 years previous employment in a manufacturing environment
- automotive preferred, other equivalent work experience or skills training.
- Knowledge in RSLogix5000 / Studio 5000, IAI Servo Systems, Kinetix Servo Drives.
- Vision inspection system experience a plus.
- Fanuc and/or ABB Robotics experience a plus.
- Siemens Controls Step 5 / Step 7 experience a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- PLCs and robotic programming / troubleshooting skills
- Problem Solving
- Recognize and solve the malfunctioning of the machine and recognize and solve quality problems of welded assembly part.
- Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic prints
- Follow standardized work instructions
