Job Description
Job description The Field Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in providing property solutions for single-family homes, rentals, and homeowner properties. This position involves working independently as well as part of a small maintenance team, performing a variety of maintenance tasks both indoors and outdoors. The technician is responsible for ensuring safety compliance while delivering high-quality repair and maintenance services. Daily travel and regular customer interaction on-site are essential components of the job. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issues. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures. Manage and maintain tools and equipment efficiently. Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction. Perform maintenance tasks both indoors and outdoors at various property sites. Travel daily to different residential properties to conduct maintenance and repairs. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in field maintenance. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license for daily travel to job sites. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety procedures. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proven ability in time management and problem solving. Professionalism in all work and customer interactions.
Additional Information:
Pay Rate:
$200/day Weekly gas reimbursement up to $100Schedule:
3-4 days weekly, schedule dependent on work load/jobs scheduled (No weekends, however there is a potential to earn additional income for after hours/weekend calls when needed.) Must have reliable transportation Must pass background and drug testPay:
