In this role, you'll ensure our production machinery operates efficiently and safely, contributing directly to the quality and reliability of products like Pringles , Eggo , and Cheez-It . You'll work within our dedicated maintenance team, applying your mechanical expertise to solve complex challenges in a fast-paced environment. This position is critical in minimizing downtime and maintaining the high standard of our processing and packaging operations. Responsibilities Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. Diagnose malfunctions through observational and operational methods to locate the source of problems and provide prompt solutions. Repair or replace defective equipment parts and then test the machine to ensure functionality. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment following safety regulations. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and services. Work closely with the maintenance team to share information and resolve issues efficiently. Required Skills Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills. Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics. Experience with welding and fabrication. Good communication and teamwork skills.
