This position is responsible for keeping greenhouse facilities and equipment in all four (4) locations in good repair with minimum downtime by performing preventive maintenance and repairs as necessary to operate at maximum efficiency. What You Will Do Perform routine preventive maintenance on greenhouse equipment to include cleaning, greasing, oiling, and fueling. Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and adjust. Install new equipment as required, which may include electrical hookup. Troubleshoot and perform repairs that may require mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills using the appropriate equipment. Update and maintain records pertaining to facility maintenance, equipment, and tools using Smartphone or iPad. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion. Operate Forklift, Scissor Lift and Tow Buggy as required. Be available to work on-call outside of regular hours occasionally. What We Need High school diploma. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and Basic Electrical Knowledge and Aptitude required. Experience in the following areas is helpful.
