This position focuses primarily on plumbing, minor repairs, lock maintenance, drilling/installation tasks, and general hotel maintenance. You will play a key role in ensuring our guest rooms and facilities remain safe, fully functional, and aligned with brand standards. Duties Perform routine inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and hotel facilities to identify maintenance needs. Handle plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, replacing fixtures, and maintaining water systems. Perform drilling and installation tasks including mounting equipment, repairing hardware, and assembling or installing hotel items. Maintain and repair door locks, keycard systems, door closers, hinges, and other entry-related components. Complete small repairs including drywall patching, caulking, painting touch-ups, and simple carpentry work. Respond quickly and professionally to guest and staff maintenance requests. Assist with preventive maintenance tasks to keep the property in good condition and avoid future issues. Keep tools and equipment in safe working order while following all safety guidelines. Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs when needed. Document work performed and communicate clearly with management about repair status or supply needs. Requirements Previous experience in hotel maintenance, general maintenance, or a similar hands-on repair role. Strong skills in plumbing, basic carpentry, drilling/installation, and lock repair or replacement. Ability to troubleshoot common hotel room issues (plumbing leaks, door problems, fixtures, etc.). Basic understanding of safety procedures and proper use of tools. Good communication skills for documenting work and interacting with staff and guests. Ability to lift, carry, climb ladders, bend, and work in tight spaces as required. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
