Job Description

A leading Tier 1 automotive supplier specializing in injection molding is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its manufacturing team. Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime. Diagnose and repair production equipment to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine inspections and maintain maintenance records. Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects. Support mold changes and ensure equipment is operating efficiently. Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols, and company policies. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues quickly. Qualifications Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required. Injection molding experience strongly preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Experience reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting is a plus. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced production environment.
