Job Description
Job Summary Property Maintenance Technician Our community is a 403 unit cooperative housing community. The successful candidate will be responsible for general interior repairs as well as the upkeep of the grounds in conjunction with some contracted workers. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in housing maintenance Strong working knowledge of light plumbing, electrical systems Experience with hand and power tools Ability to lift 50 lbs Strong communication and customer service skills Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions as needed Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to troubleshoot problems and apply practical repair solutions Job Responsibilities Respond to work order requests in a timely manner Assess reported issues to determine next steps Coordinate repairs with contractors, when required Ensure the upkeep of the grounds in coordination with contracted workers and other staff Keep management informed Benefits Competitive Salary Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Health Insurance Join us as a Maintenance Technician and be part of a dedicated team committed to maintaining operational excellence!
