Perform all maintenance related duties including new installations, trouble-shooting, welding etc. Employees must be able to work from elevated levels, operating mobile equipment, and hand and power tools. Understand pertinent diagnostic tools. Read and understand blue prints. Diagnose and correct problems. Install, repair, inspect, test, calibrate, adjust, maintain, modify, construct, clean and service Electrical/electronic/pneumatic, recording/control. Plan working procedures using prints, drawings, diagrams, manuals and codes. Perform layout, assembly, and wiring of component parts in installation, replacement and repair of systems. Conduct and record tests such as temperature and combustion surveys. Erect and remove ladders and scaffolding used in connection with work; operate required material handling equipment/vehicles. Keep necessary records and logs such as Maintenance work orders, calibration and calculation records. Follow all safety rules, and company policies. Meet all Monthly Safety Leading Indicator Requirements as spelled out in the Rewards and Recognition Program Excellent Attendance; Dependability Good positive attitude Willingness to learn and apply what is learned Work safely Hard working with a good work ethic Ability to operate power equipment Ability to work as a team and independently with little supervision; teamwork Strong written and oral communication skills; respectful communication Must have 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or foundry environment PLC experience is a plus Foundry experience is a plus This is a job summary
