Job Description
We're looking for a dependable Mobile Home Maintenance Technician to handle repairs, inspections, and general upkeep for mobile homes in our community. This role covers everything from plumbing and electrical fixes to HVAC, flooring, and exterior repairs. The right person takes pride in quality work, responds quickly to maintenance requests, and treats residents with respect. This is a hands-on position for someone who can work independently, manage time well, and solve problems on the spot Job Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mobile homes Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues Repair flooring, drywall, roofing, siding, and skirting Conduct move-in and move-out inspections Complete preventative maintenance tasks Respond to emergency service calls as needed Keep accurate maintenance records and work orders Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area Follow safety guidelines and company procedures Job Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred 2+ years of general maintenance or handyman experience Experience working with mobile or manufactured homes is a plus Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background check and drug screening (if required) Required Skills Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good time management and organization Clear communication and customer service skills Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions Basic tool knowledge and ability to use hand and power tools safely
