Are you passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities? We're looking for a Recruiting Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who enjoys building relationships, sourcing talent, partnering with hiring managers, and helping candidates launch successful careers. What You'll Do ✅ Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, technical, and professional positions. ✅ Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies. ✅ Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community partnerships. ✅ Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. ✅ Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process. ✅ Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and community outreach initiatives. ✅ Attend career fairs, hiring events, and workforce development programs. ✅ Extend offers, coordinate onboarding activities, and help create an exceptional candidate experience. ✅ Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring insights to leadership. What We're Looking For ✔ 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, HR, or related experience. ✔ Manufacturing, skilled trades, or technical recruiting experience preferred. ✔ Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills. ✔ Experience with ATS, HRIS, and recruitment technology. ✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. ✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple openings.
