Job Description
Full Time Maintenance Position opening at Collingwood Village Apartments in Oxford, MI. Duties include all types of maintenance, plumbing, drywall, electrical and carpentry skills. On call one week every 3 weeks. Snow removal is required. Candidates must have a strong work ethic, be punctual, detailed oriented, and can work safely, efficiently and independently. You must also meet the physical requirements of this position which include bending, climbing, kneeling, squatting, pulling, pushing, twisting, and lifting at least 50#. Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and your own small tools. Applicant must be able to pass a background check. Position may include health and dental insurance, will include 401K, paid vacation and holidays. Please send resume and references.
