Job Description

CNC Maintenance Technician Pay:
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience We are looking for an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on CNC maintenance experience who can troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical issues on CNC machinery. We are also open to 2nd or 3rd year technicians who have a strong foundation and are capable of handling smaller repairs. Schedule Monday through Friday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Flexible start times between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM Potential for 12-hour days, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Occasional weekend work Key Responsibilities Replace and repair ball screws Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with CNC machinery Perform spindle repairs Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on sensors, drives, and relays Troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC controls Troubleshoot pump systems Perform B-axis rebuilds Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on CNC equipment Requirements Qualifications CNC machine maintenance experience preferred Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Electrical troubleshooting experience Experience with CNC drives, sensors, relays, and pump systems Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLC controls Experience with ball screws, spindles, and CNC axis repairs Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical schematics Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team We will consider technicians with 2-3 years of experience who have the technical ability and hands-on skills to perform smaller CNC repairs.
