20 Apartment Maintenance Technician Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the appearance, functionality, and safety of a residential community. The ideal candidate will have experience with general maintenance and a willingness to assist with a variety of property upkeep tasks. Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior painting as needed Complete basic plumbing repairs and troubleshooting Perform basic electrical maintenance and minor repairs Maintain grounds and common areas, including outdoor upkeep Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance Assist with apartment turns and move-in/move-out preparation Ensure the property remains clean, safe, and attractive for residents and visitors Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Previous maintenance experience preferred Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and painting techniques Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage priorities Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic Schedule Full-time Day shift 8-hour shifts with an unpaid lunch break Compensation Starting around $20.00 per hour Pay may be higher depending on experience and qualifications Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and enjoys a variety of maintenance tasks.
