Full Year Job Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards Respond promptly to maintenance request / work orders and emergency repairs Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facilities Operate and maintain maintenance tools and equipment safely Comply with all safety regulations and district policies Perform routine building maintenancerepairs throughout school buildings and facilities, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, doors, furniture, equipment, and general building upkeep. Assists with building operations and events Helps ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for students and staff.
Other Information:
Previous experience in general maintenance preferred Ability to work in various weather conditions (indoor and outdoor work environment) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license required
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Reaching :
Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
Lifting :
Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires the substantial use of the upper extremities and back muscles.

Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction, and having the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and making fine discriminations in sound. Repetitive motions : Making substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is subject to environmental conditions. The worker should provide consistent and reliable in person attendance.
