Great benefits & Pay Job Description Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in a highly automated facility. Responsibilities Engage in production equipment maintenance to ensure continuous production. Provide technical assistance to operators and other departments regarding automated systems. Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot malfunctions on automated machinery. Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including mechanical and electrical components. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions on production equipment. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, completed repairs, equipment issues, and replacement part usage. Install new automated systems and equipment, configure controllers, and set up sensors. Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure proper operation of production equipment. Conduct daily checks of production equipment during up and downtime. Essential Skills Minimum of 3 years of machine repair experience on industrial equipment. Strong experience in repairing pneumatic systems. Understanding of electrical systems, mechanical principles, pneumatic, and computer control systems. Ability to diagnose and resolve simple to complex technical issues within automated systems. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Holland, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $77792.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. The company offers 100% company paid health insurance premiums for full-time employees and their eligible dependents. This means that no funds are deducted from an employees' paycheck for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Benefits start the first of the month from when you start.
