Job Description

Maintenace Technician Job Summary:

Schedule maintenance of production equipment. Maintain inventory of back up equipment. Assist Production Engineering as needed. Respond to stop loss. Initiate and Implement Kaizen.

Job Duties:

1. Work on scheduled maintenance activities of manufacturing. 2. Confirm and verify P.M startup check sheets on a daily basis. 3. Destructive tests as needed. 4. Respond to manufacturing equipment stop loss. 5. Maintain replacement parts level. 6. Perform preventative maintenance. 7. Maintain 5S in the Mfg. area. 8. Complete all PM paperwork required. 9. Repair/Rebuild equipment. 10. Assist Production Engineering in new area set-up. 11. Assist with fabrication of items as needed by manufacturing. 12. Follow and promote company safety standards to ensure a safe work environment. 13. Assist with improvements and changes to jigs and equipment as instructed bb the area supervisor. 14. Miscellaneous duties as assigned by
