Window World of Mid Michigan Window World of Mid Michigan is looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our installation team as an Entry-Level Window & Door Installation Crew Member . No previous window or door installation experience is required. We are willing to train the right person from the ground up. If you have a good attitude, a willingness to learn, take pride in your work, and are comfortable working with basic hand and power tools , we want to hear from you. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career in the home improvement industry. What You'll Do As a member of our installation crew, you will work alongside experienced installers while learning how to properly install replacement windows and doors in residential homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assist experienced installers with window and door installations. Learn and follow Window World installation procedures and quality standards. Safely remove existing windows and doors. Assist with measuring, preparing, setting, and securing new products. Learn proper use of hand tools and power tools. Help protect customers' homes and property during the installation process. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Load, transport, and unload windows, doors, tools, and installation materials. Assist with cleanup and removal of old products and jobsite debris. Communicate professionally with customers while working in their homes. Follow all company safety procedures and installation guidelines. What We're Looking For We're more interested in your attitude and willingness to learn than your previous installation experience.

The ideal candidate:

Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Is dependable and shows up ready to work. Is willing to learn a new trade and develop their skills. Is comfortable using basic hand and power tools. Has some construction, remodeling, maintenance, mechanical, or hands-on experience (helpful but not required) . Takes pride in doing quality work. Pays attention to detail. Works well as part of a team. Is comfortable working indoors and outdoors and in various weather conditions. Is physically capable of lifting and carrying windows, doors, and installation materials. Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. No Installation Experience? No Problem. We will train the right person. You don't need to know how to install windows or doors when you start. You'll work alongside experienced members of our installation team and receive hands-on training as you learn the skills necessary to become a successful installer.
