Responsibilities Install new garage doors, openers, and related hardware following safety standards and building codes Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and repairs on existing garage door systems to ensure optimal performance Use hand tools, power tools and other mechanical tools to complete installations and repairs efficiently Interpret technical drawings and schematics to accurately assemble and install components Conduct electrical work related to garage door openers and safety sensors while adhering to electrical codes Assist customers by providing clear explanations of repair needs and maintenance procedures with excellent customer service skills Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards Requirements Proven experience in garage door installation or repair is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools and measuring devices Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly Experience interpreting technical drawings or schematics for accurate installation or repair work Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients Knowledge of electrical work related to garage door openers and sensors is advantageous Join us in delivering top-quality garage door solutions that enhance safety and convenience for our valued customers!
