Job Description
Job Overview Building Maintenance Technician - This individual will service or repair a multitude of buildings and assist in overseeing new building projects. Examples of work may include (but are not limited to) repairing doors, installing wall fans, repairing/installing roofing or siding in pole barn type construction, maintain and repair plumbing lines & basic electrical wiring or fixtures, oil moving parts, clear clogged drains, replace worn-out hardware, etc. We offer competitive pay based on experience, along with Paid Time Off, Health/Dental/Vision Insurance & Retirement Plan.
