: (Mon-Fri) 3:00 pm- 11:00 pm Must be willing and able to work Mandatory OT on off days as necessary.
STARTING PAY
$25 - $38 per hour , commensurate with experience and qualifications.

As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for keeping our equipment, machinery, and systems in top-notch condition, ensuring uninterrupted productivity throughout the night. What You'll Be Responsible For:
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to determine root causes and implement effective solutions. Perform repairs and adjustments to maintain optimal functionality. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency. Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes and reduce potential issues. Document maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
What You'll Need:
Experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably on the night shift. Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance.
