We acquire and renovate single-family homes, keeping many as long-term rentals and selling others after improvements. Because we own the homes we manage, we take seriously the quality of our workmanship, dependable maintenance, and a resident experience that exceeds our tenants' expectations. Put your repair skills and craftsmanship to work in a steady, full-time role. Revive Realty Group is hiring an experienced maintenance technician. We're looking for someone who enjoys diagnosing problems, making dependable repairs, and seeing the results of a job done well We value accurate troubleshooting, quality workmanship, and attention to detail. The work You'll work independently across our homes, completing residential repairs, routine maintenance, and preparation for new residents.
Responsibilities include:
  • Diagnose and repair common plumbing issues, including leaks, toilets, faucets, and drains.
  • Perform light electrical, mechanical, and HVAC troubleshooting.
  • Complete painting projects, including surface preparation, walls, trim, and touch-ups.
  • Repair doors, locks, drywall, trim, and other household components.
  • Handle exterior maintenance and light landscaping.
  • Prepare vacant homes for new residents.
  • Conduct lease-renewal walkthrough inspections and identify maintenance needs.
  • Complete repairs identified during city inspections.
  • Check completed repairs, leave work areas clean, and upload photos and clear work notes through our maintenance software.
Appliance troubleshooting and repair experience is a strong plus. What we're looking for You have hands-on residential maintenance experience and a practical, methodical approach to solving problems. You understand that a successful repair starts with identifying the cause and ends with checking that everything works properly.
You should be comfortable:
  • Working independently and following through on assigned repairs.
  • Producing careful, consistent work across a variety of maintenance tasks.
  • Recognizing when a repair requires additional expertise or support.
  • Communicating clearly and treating residents and their homes with respect.
  • Learning our software and documenting your work accurately. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation for travel between properties, and your own basic hand tools are required. Schedule and compensation
  • $20-$35 per hour , based on experience and demonstrated repair skills.
  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
  • Flexible scheduling within 8 AM-6 PM ; start times may vary, and we can work around your schedule.
  • Monthly gas stipend.
  • Some Saturday overtime available.
