PAM is now seeking to hire an experienced Maintenance Technician to add to our amazing team.
Essential Job Functions Include:
Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs within quality and time standards Participate in make-ready process for vacant units Ensure apartments are ready for move-in, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, appliance repair, painting, and cleaning Be available for rotating on-call responsibilities Perform other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:
Plumbing Painting Drywall Electrical Carpentry Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision and as part of a team. Must provide excellent customer service with every interaction Must have reliable transportation.Job Type:
