Duties Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues before they escalate. Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently and reliably. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or operational problems with equipment and systems. Repair or replace faulty components, parts, or systems as needed to restore proper function. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and future reference. Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize urgent repairs. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members. Assist in the installation of new equipment or upgrades as required. Qualifications Proven experience in equipment repair and maintenance within a relevant industry setting. Strong mechanical, electrical, or technical skills related to equipment troubleshooting and repair. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and report issues clearly. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications or technical training related to maintenance work are preferred but not mandatory.
