Vendor & Inventory Management:
Assist in overseeing specialized third-party contractors and keep track of maintenance supplies/tools across different sites. What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Autonomy & Organization:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage your daily travel route efficiently, and professionally interact with both residential tenants and commercial business clients. Integrity and ability to work in a team environment a must! Physical Demands Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and navigate various property types (including stairs, ladders, and crawlspaces). Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors across Michigan's changing seasons. What We Offer (Benefits & Perks)
