Primary Purpose:
Responsible for the Preventative Maintenance Program to Molding and Auxiliary Equipment for our company.
Essential Functions:
Must be able to work on 3rd shift. Complete assigned work orders on non PM Maintenance Complete assigned PM tasks Collect data from machines and auxiliary equipment repairs and establish a Predictive Maintenance Program Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems on molding equipment Maintain auxiliary equipment such as dryers, loaders, hot runners, cooling towers, and grinders. Perform all documentation for respective area Perform duties instructed by your supervisor
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Hydraulic and Electrical training 2 years experience in a similar field or 1 year experience as apprentice Experience in automotive plastic injection molding manufacturing is a plus
Physical Requirements:
Standing, lifting, bending, twisting. Benefits Health, medical, dental after completion of 90 days 401K Paid time off after completion of 90 days

$22.00 - $32.00 per hour
