- Supervise and coordinate contractors for major repairs or installations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities ```
Qualifications:
```- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
