Job Responsibilities:

To assist the Facilities Manager in the maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment and in all cases to keep in top working order.

Job Duties:

• Timely repair of any malfunctioning equipment as assigned.
• Troubleshooting of equipment and repairs as needed.
• Assist in the Preventative Maintenance Program of all production equipment.
• Maintain the outside of the building and grounds to be an asset in the neighborhood and area.
• Utilizes all proper safety equipment while doing repairs.
• Follow Lock-out Tag-out procedures.
• Work within capital and budget restrictions.
• Assist in advising Management as to the need for equipment as a cost savings. Skills and Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience in Industrial Maintenance
• Must be able to read, write and follow both verbal and written instructions.
• Able and interested in training in MIG and TIG welding.
• Some knowledge of phases of electrical is helpful.
