In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations across a variety of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for staff and customers alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional passionate about technical excellence and customer service. This is a Monday through Friday opportunity with a rotating On Call Schedule. Duties Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, kitchen appliances, and other building systems to ensure peak performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools. Install, service, and maintain appliances such as refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, air conditioning systems, and related mechanical devices. Operate company vehicles safely to perform on-site repairs or maintenance tasks at various locations. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs. Perform HVAC & appliance technology repairs including air conditioning, heating systems, refrigeration units, and ventilation systems. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and inspections completed to ensure compliance with safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC system repair (HVAC & HVAC/R), refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair. Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical systems maintenance including kitchen equipment maintenance and appliance installation. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals accurately for troubleshooting purposes. Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations procedures across diverse mechanical systems. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely. Pay:
