Respond promptly to service requests from management and staff. Communicate respectfully and professionally at all times. Perform a wide range of preventative upkeep, general repair, and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Complete tasks efficiently and in accordance with safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion. Document services as necessary to communicate scope of work and completion with management. Occasionally assist with other tasks as needed. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience working with hand tools and power tools Knowledge of HVAC system repair, building interior maintenane, plumbing systems, and facilities maintenance best practices. Experience with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), including minor electrical & plumbing repairs, HVAC troubleshooting, and carpentry. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English; capable of explaining technical issues simply. Coordinate tasks efficiently while working independently or as part of a team. $22.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 35.0 per week
