This position is a 1st shift (7a-3:30p), Monday-Friday with possible OT, pay will be between $55-$90k per year commensurate with experience. Position Overview The Maintenance / Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment, facility systems, and building infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This position supports all production areas by minimizing equipment downtime, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and fully operational. The Maintenance / Facilities Technician works closely with production, engineering, and management teams to support continuous manufacturing operations and facility reliability. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment including roll forming machines, fabrication equipment, welders, conveyors, and related machinery. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues to minimize downtime. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production line interruptions. Maintain and repair facility systems including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, compressed air systems, and general building infrastructure. Install, modify, and upgrade production equipment and facility systems as needed. Work closely with production staff to identify and resolve equipment performance issues. Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair logs, and preventive maintenance schedules. Source and manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies to ensure availability of critical components. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and company maintenance standards. Perform routine inspections of machinery and facility systems to identify potential issues before failure occurs. Support machine setup, relocation, and installation activities as required. Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing and facility environment. Coordinate with outside contractors and service providers for specialized repairs or facility projects. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability, uptime, and operational efficiency. Perform other maintenance and facility-related duties as assigned. #MI1
