Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dock Hand/Boat Lift Installer and be a vital part of delivering exceptional service in the lake & marina industry. In this physically demanding role, you will assist with dock operations and support the installation of boat lift covers, fixtures, and building materials. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop hands-on skills in dock & lift work and site management while working in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and safety. Responsibilities Assist with dock operations by managing loading, unloading, and securing materials at the job site Support boat lift cover installation projects, including measuring, cutting, and fitting materials according to technical drawings Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment safely and efficiently to install dock & boat lifts and supporting pieces Collaborate with team members Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety guidelines at all times Qualifications Prior experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients when needed Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining safety standards on-site This role is paid and offers an excellent pathway into the marina industry.
