Commercial Cleaner / Cleaning Specialist (Flexible Evening Hours) Job Summary Are you looking for a reliable, flexible position with options to grow? We are seeking a detail-oriented Cleaning Professional to join our team. In this role, you will work independently to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for local facilities. We offer paid training during your first week and room for growth by cross-training into other facility maintenance functions.

Pay & Work Schedule Compensation:

Hourly Rate (1099 / Cash options available)

Core Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Shift Hours:

Evening shift between 6:00 PM - 9:00 / 9:30

PM Flexibility:

Independent work environment with flexible scheduling options, including day, night, and occasional special project visits for extra hours. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough facility cleaning, sanitization, and surface dusting according to the provided scope of work. Maintain restrooms to exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Handle efficient waste disposal and recycling routines. Conduct basic floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Ensure all chemical safety protocols and safety guidelines are strictly followed.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

1+ years of experience in commercial or residential cleaning services preferred.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Reliability:

Proven track record of dependability, punctuality, and working unsupervised.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and safety practices.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, push, pull, and stay active for the duration of the shift.
