Part-Time Join Anderson Asset Property Group and be part of something bigger as a Maintenance Technician for a senior housing cooperative. You'll help keep the property safe, clean, and comfortable — not just for residents, but for their peace of mind!

Maintenance Director The primary target employee to fill this position should possess drive and initiative to lead the community they serve with an effective maintenance program that provides support for member maintenance requests, property maintenance work, and efficient preventative maintenance and services in coordination with proprty contracts and service providers Maintenance Technician Position Duties & Responsibilities SAFETY FIRST- Maintain safe work areas that are free of hazards Provide prompt response and follow up to all member maintenance requests Use of systems-based software to track and maintain a record of progress on maintenance requests Precision attention to detail and organization towards site specific maintenance plan Develop and maintain an efficient preventive maintenance schedule for a variety of Cooperative equipment and systems (
Example:
HVAC equipment, smoke and CO detectors) Complete weekly inspections of the common areas and equipment, annual building inspections Remove and dispose of trash and recycling according to the community's recycling programs Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and reorder as needed by talking to your Direct Supervisor Other duties, as assigned by
AAPG Seasonal and Other Duties & Responsibilities:
Available to respond to Emergency/After-Hour Calls; on occasion Assist with shoveling snow or applying ice melt in main walkways Rotation of dumpsters or removal of trash, debris, and other recycling
