We're hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our portfolio of 153 units across 7 properties in Anoka, Champlin, Wayzata, and Jordan, MN. Compensation:

$28 - $33 per hour, based on experience and certifications held at hire Responsibilities Complete work orders: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair Respond to and resolve resident service requests in a timely manner Turn vacant units to rent-ready condition, including repairs and final inspection Perform and log routine preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment Maintain an adequate inventory of maintenance supplies, parts, and tools Maintain curb appeal and safety of grounds, common areas, and building exteriors, including seasonal work Follow OSHA and company safety standards while performing all work Travel between our seven communities as needed Provide primary on-call coverage for after-hours emergencies, with outside contractors as backup when unavailable Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of maintenance experience, ideally multifamily or residential Minnesota Special Boiler's License (or ability to obtain one shortly after hire) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs., climb ladders, and work outdoors year-round Own basic hand tools

Pay:

$28.00 - $33.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
