What You'll Do as a

Maintenance Technician:

Dust, mop, vacuum hallway, empty garbage cans, recycle cans, and maintain floorsClean restrooms, break room, and maintain inside/outside of the facilityMaintain building including, but not limited to: structural repairs (floor, doors, ceiling, locks, windows), painting; minor electrical repairs (replace receptacles, switches, light bulbs, ballast, fixtures); plumbing repairs (faucet, sink, toilet repair and/or replacement, unclog drains, etc.)Work independently and efficiently manages timeParticipate in continuous improvement programs.

Employ effective, respectful and persuasive spoken and written communication skillsEnsure compliance with work instructions and/or Quality Management System (QMS) proceduresAdhere to all current company policiesWork under minimum supervision (2-4 contacts per shift)Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others including wearing mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) What You Need to Bring to the

Maintenance Technician Role:
