We service multiple apartment buildings and a handful of rental homes: everything from general work orders to apartment remodel turnovers. We are a family owned and operated company that respects work/life balance for our team members while providing well managed and maintained housing for our tenants.

We are looking for:

A team player who also works well independently. A good communicator who is able to stay on task through completion. A person with a valid drivers license and a reliable mode of transportation. Maintenance experience is required, but we're also willing and able to train the right person into additional skills. CPO and HVAC certifications are a bonus. Although your day-to-day tasks will vary, a general outline of duties includes: Completing maintenance service requests and general property repairs and maintenance. Apartment turnovers including painting, flooring, installing fixtures and cabinetry. Initial look at plumbing, electric, HVAC, and appliance issues. Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
