Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, appliances, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance. Pool maintenance Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools; execute repairs efficiently to minimize downtime. Repair and maintain various appliances, HVAC systems, air conditioning units, and refrigeration equipment with precision and attention to detail. Lead small maintenance projects or assist construction teams during facility upgrades or renovations. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and parts inventory. Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to ensure safety and operational continuity.

Requirements Ability to operate diagnostic tools and repair equipment effectively while following safety protocols. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team during maintenance projects. Strong communication skills to document work accurately and collaborate with team members effectively.
