We're looking for an experienced woodworker, craftsman, and leader who wants more than just another shop job. This is a rare opportunity to help build and lead a growing manufacturing operation from the ground up. You'll play a key role in designing production workflows, improving efficiency, mentoring employees, implementing best practices, and helping shape the future of our operations as we continue to expand. If you've ever wanted to build something bigger than the products you make every day, this is your opportunity. What You'll Do Lead daily operations of our woodworking and production facility. Build premium custom stair systems from start to finish. Supervise, mentor, and train production employees. Develop and improve manufacturing processes. Build production jigs, fixtures, and shop systems. Create efficient workflow throughout the shop. Improve quality control and reduce waste. Help design the layout and organization of our expanding facility. Coordinate production schedules with sales and customer delivery timelines. Maintain a safe, clean, and highly organized shop. Assist with shipping and final quality inspections. Become a key member of the leadership team as the company grows. The Opportunity This position is much more than managing a woodworking shop. You'll have the opportunity to: Build a world-class stair manufacturing operation. Create production systems and standard operating procedures. Help design future shop expansions. Hire, train, and develop future production employees. Influence equipment purchases and manufacturing improvements. Grow into an Operations Manager or Director of Manufacturing role as the company continues to expand. We're looking for someone who wants to leave their fingerprint on a company—not simply fill a position. Compensation & Benefits $45.00-$50.00 per hour , based on experience.
