If you've ever wanted to build something bigger than the products you make every day, this is your opportunity. What You'll Do Lead daily operations of our woodworking and production facility. Build premium custom stair systems from start to finish. Supervise, mentor, and train production employees. Develop and improve manufacturing processes. Build production jigs, fixtures, and shop systems. Create efficient workflow throughout the shop. Improve quality control and reduce waste. Help design the layout and organization of our expanding facility. Coordinate production schedules with sales and customer delivery timelines. Maintain a safe, clean, and highly organized shop. Assist with shipping and final quality inspections. Become a key member of the leadership team as the company grows. The Opportunity This position is much more than managing a woodworking shop.
