Dungan Construction -- We're a small commercial construction company looking to add an entry-level maintenance technician to our team. This is a great opportunity to learn hands-on trade skills while working alongside experienced technicians on real commercial job sites. Overview We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing facilities and equipment across our restaurant locations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in building maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, and general repairs while supporting our team's commitment to safe and efficient operations.
What You'll Do:
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks at commercial properties. Assist senior technicians with day-to-day service calls. Handle basic troubleshooting and repairs (carpentry, minor electrical/plumbing, general fixes). Respond to on-call service needs during weekends/after hours once fully trained. Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe. Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
What We're Looking For:
Valid driver's license (required). Willingness to learn—no prior experience necessary. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained. Able to commit to occasional weekend/after-hours on-call rotation post-training. Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet. Good attitude and strong work ethic.
What We Offer:
