We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position will provide service to our rental properties in the suburbs of Maple Grove and Brooklyn Park in Minnesota. We are seeking applicants who live within 30 miles in proximity of these suburbs.

Responsibilities:

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Required to provide after-hours, on-call service to the full portfolio on a rotating basis with other maintenance staff ​

Qualifications:

Previous experience in multifamily maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented

$27.00 - $31.00 per hour
