We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Great Lakes Management!

Hours
- Full-time, Monday
- Friday, 7:30am
- 4:00pm Pay Range

Assist in maintaining all mechanical equipment, emergency systems, building fixtures and groundwork as needed. Complete all work orders quickly and efficiently. Report any problems/deficiencies. Knowledgeable of building codes and regulatory compliance issues. Interacts positively with all team members in maintaining census by immediately completing apartment turns. Maintain the grounds; trash, sweep, dumpster areas, snowplow, etc. Test the resident security systems as required. Assist with custodial duties which include but not limited to, trash removal, carpet cleaning, etc. Perform any maintenance task necessary as directed.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
Minimum two years' experience in maintenance, preferably residential property management. Skills in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, appliances, doors & windows. This position is required to participate in an on-call rotation, 3-4 weeks off-call and 1 week on-call. Monday
- Friday, 7:30am
- 4:00pm 40 hours per week
