Duties:

Under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor, perform work relating to overall maintenance and repair throughout the facility Perform building maintenance and repair - includes plumbing, drywall, basic electrical, building utilities, office furniture and equipment, flooring, etc. Maintain and repair manufacturing / shop equipment Maintain company vehicles Clean and lubricate machine parts such as shafts, pulleys, gears, and bearings Operate welding equipment for maintenance purposes Maintain records for shop equipment, parts replaced, time to repair and any suggestions for improvements Help develop and implement a preventive maintenance program, which includes safety inspection items for shop equipment Make recommendations and participate in making improvements to equipment and building

Requirements:

3+ year of applicable maintenance experience Experience working in a manufacturing environment a plus Strong mechanical aptitude Familiarity with electrical systems Ability work on feet throughout the day Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Salary:

$28-32/hr.
